Supporting the initial strategy, operations (including SOPs), and marketing (including branding and website) for this rapidly growing not-for-profit organisation.
Supported the re-branding and supporting the website concept along with creation of multiple materials used to educate both health care professionals and layperson with MyPBM (a not-for-profit society).
Developed a strategic brand for expansion of a medical and wellness arm for this leading dental brand in Singapore. Support included initial operationalisation and hiring of core personnel to achieve initial successes.
Supported the development of a revolutionary devices, created out of an Australian based University, to test essential fatty acids. Within the project, Amiku aided the full redevelopment of the laboratory report, creation of educational materials including all source references and redesigned the product to match consumer and healthcare professional needs.
Conceptualised and led marketing, operational, and financial strategy to establish a thriving medical centre focused on iron deficiency and patient-centred care.
Led the conceptualisation, strategic planning, marketing, operations, and financial strategy to establish a pharmaceutical company that partners with global businesses for product registration, clinical trial support, disease awareness, and sales and marketing via an in-licensing model.
Change Management (hospital level): close collaboration with a leading Value Based Healthcare firm in development of an implementation program for patient care in the hospital setting. Multiple discussions underway for introduction of this program, supported by training programs, IT systems and change management practices in multiple countries.
Spearheaded the conceptualisation, marketing strategy, operational management, and financial leadership to create a holistic health facility integrating medical and complementary care for optimized patient outcomes.
Supporting the analysis of market potential for the entry of a new molecule to key Asian markets. Project includes close collaboration with patient groups, regulatory consultants and medical professionals to assess potential and create a path to entry map.
Supporting the strategic development of an iron based product across Asia Pacific. Support includes medical affairs activities (inclusive of presentations to healthcare professionals), conception of marketing and business plans and training of internal staff.

Lead shareholder developing a healthcare professional directed medical point of care device for early detection of iron deficiency. Created in collaboration with Curtin University, Australia, this innovative project won the prestigious University Innovation Prize in 2023, highlighting its potential to revolutionise diagnostics with faster and more accurate results for improved patient outcomes.
Critical shareholder and partner in the development and refinement of a natural based product for multiple dermatological concerns. This included rising funds in excess of 1mil USD to finance the business and completion of multiple pre-clinical and clinical studies. Unfortunately the parent company and lead shareholder went into receivership during the COVID pandemic leading to discontinuation of the project.

Our expertise was featured in Vogue Singapore, highlighting the impact of iron deficiency on women's health and pregnancy. The article explores early detection, optimal supplementation, and innovative solutions for better maternal health.

Tim Cushway contributed to this peer-reviewed study on hypophosphataemia risks following ferric carboxymaltose (FCM) treatment for iron deficiency. Published in the British Journal of Haematology, the research provides key insights into patient risk profiles and treatment safety.

Heike Cushway organized and moderated The Longevity Revolution, a panel featuring top longevity researchers, investors, and founders. The discussion explored breakthroughs in aging science, health optimization, and investment opportunities shaping the future of longevity.
We curated and led a wellness series for Bank of Singapore, featuring expert talks on brain health, stress management, and desk pilates. Heike Cushway’s session on Sleep for Longevity shared practical sleep strategies for corporate professionals to enhance performance and well-being.
